Meet the Owners
JIM FRATI — Owner/CEO
Owner Jim Frati has been passionate about MOVING for decades. After graduating from high school in Winthrop, MA, he obtained a BS in Physical Education from the University of Massachusetts. Combining his love of being active and the outdoors, he built a successful 25-year tree care business. After selling the business in his 40s and retiring to the outdoors to recreate for a few years, he and Kathleen decided to enter the moving and transportation business in 2012 with their K & JF Trucking and Logistics, LLC company (freight transportation) and Integrity Movers (household and business moving services).
Committed to high quality work, Jim has developed a keen high-performance standard through a variety of personal achievements over the years, including competing in water-skiing at a national level, and power lifting at a regional level.
Jim has developed his patience and attention to detail through his 30+ years of mountaineering, rock climbing and ice climbing in locations throughout the world. As a climbing guide for many years, Jim also looks forward to the opportunity to guide you throughout your move.
Jim has two grown children, Richard and Nicole, and is married to Kathleen, who has four children–Kate, Emily, Michael & Bridget.
In his spare time, he and Kathleen love to golf, ski, play tennis, attend music concerts, and play cribbage.
KATHLEEN FRATI — Owner/CFO & Marketing
Kathleen knows what it takes to run a successful company–hard work, attention to details, and great customer service.
Trained by her father, a successful business executive who has helped run many large companies such as Target, Lechmere, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Michael’s Arts & Crafts, Coinstar, and Tuesday Morning, Kathleen is grateful for the lessons she absorbed over the years watching him turn large companies into even better companies. While she and Jim want to keep Integrity Movers a smaller niche moving company, the same principals apply to all aspects of the moving business.
A trained Computer Science/Electrical Engineer from Tufts University, Kathleen has been in Maine for over 22 years and has worked at Waynflete School and DeLorme (helping to create Eartha, the world’s largest revolving and rotating globe). She took 16 years off to raise her four children and she continues to guide them on a daily basis to become great people on this planet.
In her other day job, she enjoys working on her blog, www.grownUPgirl.com, which she hopes someday will help make the world a better place.
