About your free estimate:

There are a few ways to one:

Do you need to visit to my site to complete the estimate?

In most cases, YES! In order to get an accurate picture of all the items you want moved, our Estimator will need to perform a visual survey of your items and site to determine how much crew, time, and truck space the move will need. Make sure you show the Estimator any hidden crawl spaces or attics, if applicable.

How is it calculated?

We will calculate a FAIR PRICE for your move by determining the following:

  • Travel from our warehouse to your site #1
  • Time needed to load your items onto our truck(s)
  • Travel time between sites
  • Time needed to unload your items from our truck(s)
  • Travel from your site #2 to our warehouse

Extra optional services, such as Packing and Supplies, can be calculated as well.

Will it cost any money?

NO!

We take care of our travel costs to your site for the estimate survey.

How will I receive my Estimate?

You will receive your estimate by email soon after the site visit via our online Freshbooks program. If you don’t have email, you will receive the estimate by snail mail (USPS) within 2-3 days.

How to I approve it?

You will have the opportunity to approve the Estimate online as soon as you receive your emailed Estimate. If you don’t have email, you will need to return a signed copy to us at Integrity Movers Inc,  75 Pine Tree Industrial Parkway, Suite 4, Portland, ME 04102.

Is the Estimate binding?

We will do our best to estimate the fair cost of your move based on what we calculate based your discussion with us. The final bill may go down or up depending on the actual time logged on your moving day. You will receive a full break down and explanation of all job fees on the day of your move.

When will you contact me?

We will contact you ASAP. You will receive a call from our Office Manager, Estimator, or Owner, depending on who is immediately available.

 

Will I need to secure the move date with a monetary deposit?

No! We are one of the few moving companies who does’t require a deposit.

We do ask that the move paid for immediately upon completion.

How do I pay my bill?

We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard upon completion of the move.
